How does open house lead capture work?

Boldly’s open house lead capture has two modes that switch automatically based on time. Before the event, visitors see an RSVP button to pre-register. During the event, the same button becomes a sign-in sheet for walk-in attendees. After the event ends, it transitions back to a standard tour request form.

All submissions are saved to your dashboard and trigger an email notification immediately. No manual tracking, no paper to sort through after.
